I bought my boyfriend a gift certificate and he hasn't been able to use it because they are booking too far out (3+ months). He has been trying to get an appointment since Christmas! I want my money back, but they say it they won't give it. Their suggestion is to sell the gift certificate.

Cancelled this membership months ago and just got hit for a charge for 4 months afterwards out of nowhere. Attempted to call, as usual, no answer, left voicemails, no response. I cancelled bc this location's service is sub par. I have experienced them regularly cancelling appointments (that were scheduled a month out) and them having no availability to reschedule for another month. Why pay for a membership if I can't use it regularly? Stop charging me and take me off the list, thanks.

I like this location a lot. I'm coming from Hillsboro due to needing prenatal massage and they can better suit my scheduling needs vs other locations. All staff have been kind and professional. My fave massage therapist is Heidi and I'd highly recommend her for any kind of massage! She's great and worth the drive for me!

I will begin by stating that all of the massages I've received here and at the Tualatin location were wonderful. The problem is with their policies and customer service. Appointments scheduled incorrectly (I made an appointment for my daughter and me for a Sunday afternoon. The appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday at 2:00pm when my daughter and I would both be at work and school -- obviously I would never have picked that time...) I've had at least 4-5 appointments cancelled or asked to come in earlier or later than what was scheduled due to the massage therapist's break. The biggest issue of all, is that I cancelled my membership in December. I was charged again in January. I called to inquire and was told that the form I sent was blank (it wasn't -- I have it saved on my computer.) I was refunded for the January and told it was taken care of. In May, I noticed a charge and called again. I was told I hadn't cancelled my membership, I only suspended it (not true.) It turns out I was charged for February, March, April and May. I've now resent the form as well as mailed it and called twice with no response. I do not recommend this at all. It has caused me far more frustration than any relaxation I received from the massages. It's been very, very disappointing.
