You can only use the soaking pool if u get spa services or stay at the hotel

You have to have a treatment at the spa to use it. We usually get a brow wax. Or you can get a hostel room pretty cheap and just don't stay.

I don't think so. I think it is just for hotel guests. They are nice too.
