You do not have to pay to go walk around the property, but to use the bathrooms you have to have a key card which may cost something... idk

I believe you only have to pay for the entrance to the concert. I want to say they have a restaurant and hotel and I don't think you have to pay to get there. I think it would be best to contact them directly to be sure. I've only been there that one time.
