When you order online, depending on your location, there may be a local ...pick up at store...option. Other than that, your shipping cost will show up prior to your payment option.
Depends on the WEIGHT of the item being shipped. You have to call to find out.
I don't believe they deliver. I'm not sure if when you buy items thru the Joanns on line, if you have to pick it up in store or if they ship it to you. Call them.
