I found the car online that I wanted and I went to Gresham to check it out, it was what I was looking for. Larry was great patient and not pushy, no judgment on lower credit. As I was about to leave the dealership and turned on the car the radio went out. They quickly dealt with it and made me happy with their excellent customer service. They worked quickly for me and made the process as smooth and quick as they could as I had a dinner to get to after. I got a better interest rate and trade in on my car than another dealer offered as well. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is more about nitpicking than anything else as service was easily 5 out of 5. The reason for 4 stars is that I noticed the gas was running on empty and gas light was on during the test run and they didn’t put any in before I bought it. As well as many of the fluids (transmission, power steering, and coolant) were empty if not low as was the tire pressure low as well, all easy enough fixes but I feel they could have been caught earlier by the dealers mechanic and dealt with prior to the sale.

After my dads truck totaling, I was searching for a used pickup for him. Was able find Bickmore Auto Sales in Gresham. Called and spoke to Bill Lane. Stand up guy and was very honest from the beginning. Showed up and he gave us time to look it over. Brought out the keys for a test drive. We sat down at his desk and talked some numbers.
