Horrible experience. I was involved in an accident which I did not cause and have never been in an accident so I didn't know the process. I took my car to an auto collision company that uses Enterprise, I would have gone with Hertz, I get there and everything seems ok then the gentleman who was checking me in starts telling me everything and says there is a $100.00 deposit that I would get back plus insurance daily for the car, which he did not tell me was optional, so I purchased the insurance. My car ended up being in the shop a week longer than excepted so I was getting charged every day I had the car, which to me sucked considering I was not at fault and now the one coming out of pocket. After I took the car back he told $50 dollars would be refunded and I cause I thought it was $100. He gave me some reason that he did not tell in the beginning and then at that time told me the insurance was optional which again was not told yo me in the beginning. He told me he would meet me in the middle and refund me $138 because of the misunderstanding. I looked in my account and guess what they only refunded me the 50 dollars. They are liars and shady. I will never use this company again. And it is not about the dollar amount it is about principle. You do something wrong you fix it.

I rented a car from this location at the end of December through my insurance company. I called the day before New Year’s Eve to check availability for the type of car my insurance would cover. I was told by Jimmy that that day they didn’t have any, but that he would know if he would have some for the following day before the end of the business day. He told me if I didn’t hear back from him, that I would be good to come in and have a car available the next day. He was super friendly and chipper which was so nice because the reason I needed to rent a car wasn’t a good one, so I was super sad having to make the call in the first place. I don’t know if he did it on purpose or if I just got lucky, but when I showed up in the morning to pick up my rental, Jimmy brought out a super cool car, and that just made the whole thing so much better for me. When I was ready to return my rental, Jimmy told me that I could just leave the car at the body shop I was picking my personal vehicle from and that they would send someone to get it. This was super convenient as I was picking my car up from Keizer, and I didn’t have anyone to help me swap the cars. I highly recommend Enterprise for anybody doing any rentals through insurance because being able to drop the rental off at the body shop when picking up my personal car was AWESOME and super convenient. But if possible, get a rental at this particular location because the service is very friendly and professional. Thanks, Jimmy!

Everyone at this location is beyond helpful and professional. Shout out to Jimmy! They are easy to work with especially when it comes to fluctuations to schedules and vehicle needs. They’ve taken great care to obtain vehicles that allow for my aunt’s wheelchair while I’m out a second vehicle. They are also honest about pricing and I won’t rent from anywhere else!

Super quick and easy service! I had reserved a Toyota Rav 4 or "something similar". I got a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. It felt like an upgrade! So roomy and immaculately clean! It was nice to drive! The young lady that helped me had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very smooth process! I recommend joining their rewards program, gives a percentage off the rental.

No, they don't deliver the cars, but you can call the night before and arrange to be picked up (but only during business hours.) I'd recommend getting the car the night before.
No. Insurance is an option during checkout. Depending on vehicle they may require you to show proof of your own insurance if you want to decline theirs. This was the case for me when renting a larger van once. Otherwise, you decline and initial on the contract to that effect.
