All visitors are assisted on a first come, first serve basis. Appointments are for individuals who are filing for benefits such as disability, retirement, Medicare, etc. This is why it may seem that some are assisted out of order. Not all visits are an hour in length. Each day varies. If you have a medical issue, you can speak to the guard to see what accommodations can be made to assist you expeditiously.
No they make everyone wait no matter what is going on with u it really sucks but Roseburg social security office is a joke they r never able to give me answersstaff is very unfriendly
