It's like you said, the Beer is great. The food? I found it to be just ok.

Great sausages and potato salad. Excellent fries. Arugula salad is very good. Consistency has got much better over the past year. We eat there monthly before the DOA Pro Wrestling match at the Wattles Boys and Girls club around the corner.

The food is passable, nothing special or authentic. You're much better off going to Gustav's for good, more authentic German food. Zoiglhaus's food menu is decidedly Americanized.
It's good, especially the fried pickles! A bit overpriced, but if you go in during happy hour you can try a few items at a discount :)
Very good food. German style. The potato salad is amazing!
Most days the food is very good, on an off evening it's not bad. They create lots of the food in house. They make their sausages, for instance. I like to take visitors when i get a chance. They always compliment the choice.
