Call Victim Services at the Lane County courthouse. File a restraining order (free) & have it served to him. If he breaks it (harassing you in any form) he can be arrested. Save all proof of what he’s been doing to support your complaint. No need to show that proof unless he disputes your claim or breaks the r.o., then you’ll show it in court. Victim Services are genuinely helpful & NOT intimidating. Good luck.
I can't help either
I'm not sure what your question is. You go into this office on a Monday Wednesday or Friday and fill out a form what your problem is. If they can help you they will set up an appointment for you with the lawyer in the next couple days.
