After surgery does Hope authorize a nurse's aid for home and physical therapy or do you have to have your general practice doctor do it?

I don't know for sure, however I do know they assess whether you'll need home assistance, so I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.

You can channel through them and they provide physical therapy there in their building. If that's what you want. Just let them know.
