Yes there is. Season passes for city residents ages 5-17 are $55 dollars and city residents ages 18 to 64 are $60 dollars. I just bought some on Saturday..

If you're from Moses Lake it's a lot cheaper. But if I was to make an educated guess, I would say about 150 to 195 dollar's for a family.
