We tried to exchange it with a similarly priced item because we didnt have the same product in stock. She didnt want that and proceeded to cuss out our employee. We also then offered to exhange it with the same product from another one of our locations but it would take a day to get it up there. She still wanted to be rude to our employees, leave reviews full of childish cussing. We will exhange the product tomorrow for you because it was a manufacturer defect, but after that neither of you will be welcome in any of our stores because of the way you treat people. Thank you.
Joey Raney, you don't know me and you don't want to start off with me on a bad foot because she's the nice one. I know what was said and you in fact did not offer to exchange it with the same product because she had to reach out to another store in Greenwood. After the whole exchange I received an email and a call asking to maintain us as customers.
Contact the manufacturer. They should be able to do something if you can show proof of date of purchase.
