Our stay was very comfortable. We had many conveniences, dryer, iron, full ironing board, couch and king bed, fridge and microwave, coffee maker. The temperature was easy to control. I would have liked a mirror in the living area.

We wound up here because of a hotels.com mess up and there was nothing we could do . The entire area was booked due to the event we were in town to see. I Seriously don't think they deserve the rating they have. Even though the front desk clerk walked out with out notice. They had people there fast and they handled the issue professionally and with out being nasty even though most every customer they dealt with was an idiot. The rooms were clean, the staff was freindly, just avoid room 301 ..the room key never works and nobody knows why LOL.

Check-in person very welcoming. We woke up the first night with a guest trying to get into our room at midnight. The desk individual had us scheduled for another room and gave our current room to another guest. Thankfully, we did not have to move rooms. During the second night, there was intermittent running and jumping in the room above us until approximately 4:30 AM. The check-out person was very nice, but did not inquire about our stay.

I travel alot with the company I work for most the time we stay at comfort hotels .I got to say it's the most of your hotel are nice but the people who work here are fantastic people. These days it hard to find people willing to to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is going to be a good one. Like when I checked in I think the lady was Mariah she helped me to make the check in quick and easy to get to my room. I been driving all day I need to get some rest before I have to go to work the next day. You also have another lady she work on 3rd shift i think her name is mindyshe is also a great person she helped me out several times with different stuff. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone .
