For many weeks both your rest rooms have been out of order. Is this legal? Would the SD Board of Health approve? I don't. I'm a senior citizen, an old Ralph's customer. Len P.

It's not illegal, just inconvenient.

Linsey Snider | Aug 19, 2018

I don't believe it is legal. I am under the impression that they would be fined for every day it is or has been out of order.

We have a major homeless problem in the area. As they use the public restrooms they end up destroying them. This has led to many businesses here not allowing customers to use their restrooms. They have the right to only allow employees to use their restrooms. You'll just have to get used to the change, inconvenient or not.
