I don't work there but i am a coffee fanatic!! So with that being said I do know that they are about building up their employees and helping them have a better future. I know there is a base pay and tips get split in the end. I know they help pay for college! And i absolutely love the people that work at Starbucks!
Base pay is $9.65 to $11 depending on experience.
