Call and talk to a manager

Managers are not always the owners, besides I've given a follow up review, I just wanted to know if they had seen it, because the answer to my first review is still available there. I just want to make sure they've seen it. No biggie, I'm not interested in going in there.

You could always just go there and ask for a manager.
