Horrible experience. We had to wait in the line for 30 minutes and when we got our food, we got the wrong sauce which I didn’t mind. After eating, I went inside to use the restroom which was absolutely filthy. You could tell the mens toilet hadn’t been clean in over a week. Toilet paper with feces on the floor. Paper towels everywhere. Disgusting. After the bathroom, I had to wait 5 minutes for an employee to unlock the front door because they had locked it early. The employee had poor hygiene, she reeked of body odor. Horrible experience. Never going again.

Super slow-despite drive thru staff working hard (we had a larger order, but not that large), basket of fries less than 1/3 of usual (or other locations), bacon burger had no bacon, ice cream cone half melted when handed to me. Fries somehow overcooked and soggy at same time.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo and a #7 burger combo. One of the fry boxes was half empty, and said missing fries were not on the bottom of the bag. The other was not full either. Chicken sandwich was tiny, smaller than something you'd get from a gas station, bun flattened, two little scattered pieces of tiny lettuce, one small slice of tomatoes, the patty was hard, dry, tougher than leather, overcooked, half the size of the bun. The burger had no lettuce as advertised. I realize this is fast food but I've been to other DQs in Oregon and been very happy. Very inconsistent. I was on the road, or I would have returned the food.

The chicken strips, fries, and blizzard's here are wonderful, however, there is a cashier here who should work for an auctioneer....not for Dairy Queen. I asked the manager and her 3x about the flowers they had in a vase, and was outright ignored! Also, the tables and seats were dirty with crumbs on half a dozen tables, on a slow Tuesday.
