Is shopping here by appointment only? I tried stopping in last week to be told the store was above capacity and I needed to go outside. I honestly don't know how this works and all I wanted was to buy myself a birthday present.

Just hang around until someone leaves, then you'll be able to go in.

No you just have to wait outside for someone to leave before going in if they are at capacity
