I had a great experience buying a pair of running shoes here. The staff looked at my feet and walking pattern to help determine what kind of shoes would do best for my feet. They had a treadmill in case you want to see how shoes do with running, which I thought was a nice touch. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, with good prices. I also appreciate that they collect shoes for recycling - I've dropped off several pairs of athletic shoes here for recycling and they send them into Nike's recycling program for free.

I was referred to Five Star by my podiatrist to solve my issues with diabetic feet and planar fasciitis. My wife and I came in after we had received our 2 COVID 19 vaccinations and met Chris. He immediately started an assessment of my gait and foot structure. He recommended HOKA Bondi and I tried them on, and have yet to take them off during the day. I am now walking pain free with more energy because of the absence of foot pain. I am a Five Star and HOKA customer for life. Thank you!

Best customer service! I was having a hard time finding a new running shoe. They watched me walk/jog and had me try on a variety of different shoes until I found the best fit. Definitely will return! Oh and love my new shoes!
