Regarding the seat belt issue it seems likely that it would be covered under warranty, however, we would like to verify this with further vehicle information. I'm guessing here I don't represent the dealer. My guess is that if there's a recall on the radio that that should be fixed without any cost make sure you have the security code for the radio. As to the seatbelt that will probably not be under warranty and there would would I expect be a charge for that unless there's a recall against that too.
