The Owner/Manager of this store is suspect. Me (a white male), have been dropping off packages for months now with no issues. My wife who is Asian, has attempted to drop off the same packages and suddenly he wont accept the package because they are too big. This has happened twice to her now from the same manager. He is rude and a complete racist. Please don't use this UPS store.

This is an excellent store. I use UPS to do amazon returns and send things to family out of state. I send things pretty regularly and I will go out of my way to come to this location. Some other locations are awful. They have amazing customer service, are very efficient even when dealing with long lines and difficult customers, and really go out of their way to help.

Manager is useless, think he practices canned responses, Better specify UPS carrier or they give it to the post office Lost my package that i specified needed tracking Sorry we shipped it with the post office he said, and they dont provide tracking well geeze i could have done that, without driving to wilsonville

I’ve been going to this UPS store for years, and it’s really sad to see such bad reviews recently. The staff here are always kind, courteous, helpful, and go the extra mile for their customers. I encourage you all to ignore the recent one star reviews—they are all spam or family members of one customer who had a bad experience (it seems because of their own mistake). Rick is an amazing manager and his staff are exemplary. They’ll do everything possible to take care of all of their customers, even when the customer didn’t know exactly what they were trying to do. I once was in the store getting booklets printed when an associate helped an elderly woman ship fine china without knowing the value. The associate, concerned about the china, looked up the cost. I don’t remember what she said, but it was something around $2500 china this woman was shipping and had no idea. If that’s not stellar customer service, I don’t know what is. This is an amazing store, with amazing staff.
