If you start with the $10 membershp.....can you upgrade? Is there a time limit, additional cost aside from the monthly fee and initial cost of the Bllack Card?

I believe you can upgrade at any time without any penalty. I also believe the annual membership fee is the same regardless of the of membership. Personally, I find the black card the only way to go. Good luck.

I believe you can upgrade and there is a $40 annual fee for both memberships.
