Yep. Reserve America. We made a decision to head up there without a reservation. Got lucky and found a spot open. There are some first come first serve sites but they stay pretty full too. But there are some primitive and dispersed sites. Go up early Friday or on a weekday with a small group or family and I'd guess you'll find something if you're diligent.
You have too do it online. I use reserve America. Good luck they are usually full. Lots of places for primative or dispersed camping around there.
