Have to disagree, been there twice myself and food is 3.3 out of 5. Shakes are good burgers are juicy and my fries have never been cold. Only reason for a medium score is sue to price. The atmosphere and chill not dated. And endless fries also a good choice with a few drinks.
I've been there a number of times and I've had no issues with food or service. The prices are in line with what I'd expect for a sit down burger joint. There are a lot of options for burgers so if you regret the choice you made on one, there are plenty more to choose from.
I rarely have any issue here and when I do management is always more than willing to fix it.
The food was great, once we got someone to take our order, and give us our complete order. When a family member can't eat dairy, and they still put cheese on the burger, that is not the service I expect from a sit down burger joint.
Been there 2 times and the burgers are okay but expensive and the fries are cold nothing worse than cold french fries
