I spoke with my brother who is a general manager at a different Oregon Costco, and he said there is plans to build another Costco I think out South. But at this point he is not sure if it is an additional Costco or a replacement Costco. He thinks probably replacement.
This is the first I have heard of this. Frankly I wish that they had 2 locations in Salem. I remember when the nearest was in Portland
I haven't heard anything like that they come by where I work to get people to sign up
I too just heard today from someone that they are talking about moving locations. As luck may have it I have an employee whose dad works there so I will inquire with him tomorrow and see what he knows.
