hi what i would do is call and make an appointment that way you wont wait hours if u dont get there about 6 or 630 you will be waiting 0just do yourself a favor and make an appointment things go smoother
I do believe that you would have to go down therein there early in the morning and talk to a worker it won't be a very long wait that way I do believe that there are different types of form's sorry that's the best I can tell you good luck
