I love a couple of the workers but I'll be damned that I can't get my coffee made right 80% of the time lol..I had to start going down the street on concord to get it done right..the new employees are either sweet or just not cut out for this type of work..it seems to take longer than it used too and my drink is still not right lol..for how much we pay I would like it to be what I ordered please and thank you!

I always order an iced caramel coffee at Starbucks. Everytime it comes out with milk without fail, either no questions asked, or I'm asked if I'd like milk and I say yes. This time I didn't get asked any questions, and I didnt say "with milk" and when It came out without milk, I spoke up. I was told "it always comes without milk." So if that's true, which it might be, why have I almost never had to specify before? Thankfully I only get Starbucks as a last resort.

I just came back from your Starbucks location on SE 10/SE Washington St in Hillsboro OR and I was v appalled by the v v rude service that I received... shoot.... after giving major feedback, gratiuity, gifts and a whole lot more...I was ignored at the Order window for more than ten minutes...and a male employee ( not the MGR ...but a v v gossipy, rude, racist, dirty,unshaven, reaking of BO....) was v v rude to me... he was about 5'6" w/a beard and mustache...wearing khaki outfit and a khaki sloppy hat....w/unbrushed teeth and v v bad breath and it was aweful.... And there were two new ladies who were ignorent me whom I haven't seen b4.....but Miss Hali came out and went back...and finally Miss Tawni took my order and she was very very nice to me as always.... But Miss/Sir ....no biggie....I might or might not come back to this str....but I can go to another.... but am ok.as I was just LADY WORSHIPPING and not flirting....heck no....am married with children and I don't flirt withMINORS...bc I know the LAW....by the way I don't think Miss Hali....nor Miss Brenda nor Miss Cheyanne nor Miss Tawni flirted with me either...and it was just Camaraderie...and nothing much....but please punish the aforementioned DUDE as he is jealous that he's not getting any attention... By the way I do have several lawyers but this is not a legal matter....but I still hope that you will punish this RUDE and obnoxious and racist son of a gun...if not I will tell Our Lady and if I do that he's TOAST.....trust me... Thanks again for everything and your attention and also for the kind consideration of my complaint... B safe ....

We got the Caramel Ribbon Crunch which was very good. The drive through had a very long line but it moved pretty quickly and the staff were super friendly!!!🤓

I go to thus Starbucks five times a week and have the best experience. Sounds like you're there either before or after they close.
They have it set up inside for distancing.it looked to me that it was possible to follow mandates
This Starbucks was remodeled last year. There was so much traffic that it was hard to get orders done to keep up. The remodel did brighten up the place so the baristas could see better, and expanded the preparation area so they could prep faster without climbing over one another. It has worked well. The seating area is a little more crowded and less comfortable but still works if you want to stay a while.
They were closed during a recent remodel but they are open again.
