There are bus tours throughout the zoo, although they don't seem to get super up-close to some exhibits. There are paved paths, roads, handicap parking, and bathroom stalls throughout the zoo as well. One thing I noticed when I was there was there are quite a few inclines and hills throughout the zoo. I would call the zoo and ask if you are looking for something more specific then this.
Yes, they have small courtesy carts driven by staff.
