No. I assume you mean the Coaster, as the trolley doesn't go to Carlsbad. After debarking the Coaster at Santa Fe station, you just need to take the 215 Rapid bus to the zoo.
No trolleys run to the zoo but I believe there is a metro bus that goes there.
