If you are not near one of the 4 kangaroo bus stops, you can go to the nearest gift shop, and ask for a shuttle. There are areas where none of the shuttles/buses can't get to, mainly in the area by treetops way and monkey trail. If you are very concerned, stop into guest services with a map, (to the left after going through the turnstiles), and they will give you more info.

Actually I went had a great time and there was a bus that was included in my general admission nobody said anything about a Keepers Club membership I did the tour and then I jumped on a small bus to get back to the front when done

I'd suggest the free bus, it is regularly coming around and being filled. Don't forget the best view is on the top of the bus.
