If you can walk with a cane I think it would be ok, there are a lot of places to stop and rest. If you are in a wheelchair I would say no. There are stairs, hills and narrow paths that would be impossible. If a guest is blind and has a guide it would be nice. It's quiet and the sound of falling water around the koi pond and the feel of the ocean breeze and the sound of the ocean on the overlook would be enjoyable.
Not really. You could reach some of the areas, but there are no dedicated paths or access for handicapped people.
Beautiful, but too many steps and small uneven paths
It is not. This place has several steps and many turns to surprise/hidden places to meditate.
The area has quit a few steps. I would not really say it is handicap friendly, but there could be access I did not see.
