Encinitas Skate Park, (Poods)

This park is one of my top 3 favorite skate parks in San Diego! Huge variety of obstacles for all age groups! I come from the generation of loading docks/Gaps, and ledges which this park has a wide variety of! The 3 leaf clover is a massive bowl for the vert style skaters off to the side! Three stair sets, Three rails, bunch of ride on grinds, few different size hips, and 2 manie pads! Definitely a must do if you can only skate one park and have to choose!

One of the nicest parks I've been to. Well designed and constructed. Concrete is top notch. Definitely more of a plaza even though there is a bowl off to the side. Not a single quarter pipe though. Endless variety of ledges and stairs. No lights. Trees provide some shade. Surrounding park is great too.

Nice little pool set apart from the street skate area. Speaking of the street skate area, that cement is SLIPPERY! Get to the pool early. A couple dad's brought about 10 kids and put them all in the pool to pump back and forth...I WAS dropping in and carving until then...they didn't talk to me or anything just went ahead, not cool.

Skating this park is a keen reminder, that I’m living the dream. Flawless, glossy, street plaza heaven. Sure I wish it had lights and was 24 hours, but it’s ok, sleeping is fun too.
