It isn't. However, the service is outstanding and the food remarkable. You should always tip anyways, and they do it fairly.

No, but the food and service is so good that I tipped the servers 25% and bought the kitchen staff a nice bottle of wine.
Gratuity free is the way to go simply because with the staff there and how good they are, the tip should be %20 or more
