It is right on the beach. I think it would behoove you to get a rental. There are many areas to see in La Jolla, but it is spread out. Parking is limited. This is one of the most popular areas for visitors to our state. You will have a wonderful time.

It is on the beach nothing between the hotel and the beach. You will need a car. There are a few shops in the immediate area but most shopping and other attractions are 15 mins away and uphill.
The hotel is located right on the beach and in a very central location of la jolla. I think you should rent a car around the airport because there are not taxis but there are Uber
