No. It's just spam. Block their number. I get dozens of those every week. It's highly annoying.
Scam. Ignore it. I expect it is the Audi care that is expiring after 3 years, you can buy it in 2 year increments from Audi service center when you go in for regular maintenance, but it us not required.
