didn’t know what to order & asked the barista (didn’t catch her name 😔) to just freestyle some iced coffee for me, & it was amazing! she was very kind, despite my awkward order, & managed to make me exactly what i wanted. great service 10/10

Visited this Human Bean today, it was my first experience with this company ever! The barista working was so nice and personable. She offered me whip cream, and at the end a chocolate bean! The coffee and the bean was delicious! Will be returning :)

Sometimes they will make really good coffee. Then even if you keep ordering the same exact thing. It will taste either way to watered down, too sweet, or too much milk. They cant seem to keep consistency. Also what’s shocking is they don’t have Lactose free milk. It’s a big part in how coffee tastes. And they completely missed it. I somehow can make amazing coffee with a cheep express machine and some lactose free milk. But a $2k machine, and lots of experience. Gets this much messed up. If I am getting anything wrong or I’m miss understanding. I’m happy to learn more.

Prepackaged pastry, churned out in a factory, why even bother? Oh - its from 'seattles favorites', well that certainly makes it not what I'd expect from a vending machine. Barista fed a dog with her hand, twisted her fingers around then used unwashed hand to grab and press the lid on my coffee. Weird how the respondent 'saw' her use hand sanitizer on camera and yet in real life I did not - maybe she did, didn't see it and she wasn't rubbing her hands in a way that makes me inclined to believe your explanation. anyway, you can keep my $5, I'd have preferred a warning from a review like this before I went there.
