They did for me, no questions asked and same day. Had some bugs reappear about a month after the first quarterly treatment and it was a simple process to have them come back at no charge.
I used them for a full quarter taking that they would come out and spray if I had a Resurgence of pets and I quickly found out that they will come out but they will spray very limited and our disinterested in anyting that cost them more money, you would do better having a pest company come out and spray a full spray once every 3 months or once every 4 months. Or just get your own spray bottle and your own pest control mixture like Ortho or something or other because all you're trying to control is spiders ants and stuff like that and spray it yourself, save yourself a good deal of money
