They're selection of men's t-shirts leaves a lot to be desired and the prices are pretty high for what they do have. I must give a compliment to the young blonde girl who waited on us. She was very friendly and nice and she definitely made my visit a pleasant visit. If the rest of the staff was as polite and friendly as her I would be happy to come back more.

I purchased a Christmas tree they said they would save it for me for later the guy that was there said he would put a sold sign on it and I would come pick it up that evening so I went back and they sold the one I want. Yes I was kinda mad but the workers directed me to the boss and she did more than make it right she gave me a bigger tree with more lights than the other had. I gave a five star cause she was honest and she really cared it happened. She deserves a raise lol

While I appreciate what this store provides for the community and it's services, it has certainly gone through alot of changes. It continues to be one of my regular thrift store stops. The prices are low and they have a large selection of things to choose from. Lots of Mid Century decor and collectables at a great price. They have also upgraded to a new loyalty program which you can acquire points to take a certain percentage off. I used to shop here almost daily. I find myself going less often, due to being a bargain hunter and the new system does not provide as many discounts. Enough to keep me coming back though...

If you go in on Saturday you'll find 75% off a certain color tag for that week. I used to go in Saturdays and get a whole new wardrobe but since they shut down the drop off sites and pick up very rarely they have nothing but junk left. I don't see one of the great deals and nice stuff like I did 2-3 yrs ago. I love what the Salvation Army does for the community. They're one of the only non profit thrift stores I'm aware of at least that puts everything into helping so many people. I hope it gets figured out for the sake of the community. I know it's easier to drop stuff off at closest drop box but if you took a few minutes out of your time to drop your items off at the North Division store or Valley store you'd be giving to someone in need I promise. Thank you and fingers crossed they get thru what looks like a low for them.
