They were very quick to return my request for a quote. Ben was super helpful in getting the contract out to me after 5:00PM and then calling the next morning to give me the window of when a technician would arrive. Bryan M. the tech called 45 minutes ahead of time and arrived right on time. Everyone was so nice, the team was very efficient from scheduling to exterminating, and I would ten out of ten recommend this company!

Lou and Chase were extremely nice! Very thorough and detailed with their inspection. Both were very nice to my animals. They even played with my cat and dogs. I appreciate this company for how thorough they have been throughout this whole ordeal. At every inspection they were sure to leave me with tips and tricks on how to continue to treat and minimize the infestation in my house. I will definitely be using their services again if needed.

Over the years that we've been doing this, we haven't seen good long term effects from just 1 treatment which is why we don't recommend just having services done 1 time. For long term effectiveness, having treatments done year around is what we believe in.
Because of the products and protocols we use, a long-term solution is what we strive for. As far seeing bed bugs, it could take up to 2 weeks for you to see any results.
In most cases it should only be a few days. In others, pest numbers will increase at first and then begin to decrease as over 1-2 weeks but this could change as each pest can react differently to a treatment than others. If after 2 weeks you're still seeing pest activity you can give us a call to schedule a free follow treatment.
Yes! They guarantee their work so they will come back out to retreat for free for pests with your qtrly program!
