Location great menu and biskets and gravy
A very nice place to eat. A little bit expensive. I will give IHOP a 8 out of 10.
Specials can be spotty but the regular everyday meals I would say 7

For what I ordered, it was a 10. In general I give them an 8 for food snd a 9 for friendliness and service.
I give an 8 for regular everyday family dining , the workers are so nice , it makes it a plesent experience.
At least a 7. Really good service!
It's good, standard food like Perkins or Denny's. Nationwide company nothing special.
