I had found dresses I liked online and usually am comfortable shopping that way: seeing it on a model and ordering it. But for my wedding dress I wanted to involve my mom in the selection. I have no regrets there, and David's was a great place to go! Kara💘 was in charge of my appointment and made very tasteful recommendations while staying budget-conscious. Ultimately, I settled on a dress she chose, which I wouldn't have known was the one by browsing alone. We also were fortunate enough to have our appointment during a sale for accessories, and our total expenditure was low enough that my mom bragged to my dad about the good deal when we got home 😅 I had also made a sketch of my ideal dress, and a single Google search describing it returned the exact silhouette at David's, in a beautiful fabric plus some lovely embroidery! I called in before the appointment about it and talked to Ashley🌹, who was super understanding even though the news was a bummer. Sadly that one style was discontinued, but the staff were helpful in directing me toward in-stock dresses based on my taste. Plus, seeing that David's had designed my dream dress before I did made me really open my mind to the possibilities! Really has been a great experience. I feel reassured about my short engagement, finance radar, and choice of style, to boot. Going to be dressed perfectly (plus the right amount of extra) for our backyard brunch wedding.

I came in for my bridal appointment, not too sure of what I was looking for but very excited to try on dresses, I was nervous at the start of my appointment and wasn't hopeful I'd find my dream dress, luckily I was able to switch stylist who met us with a great bubbly energy. I heard my new stylist Kara speaking to my bride tribe while switching dresses and instantly I felt a positive energy and was hopeful I'd find my dress. She interacted well with my group, and listened to my likes and dislikes of each dress and based her picks on what I wanted. I cannot express my gratitude enough! I also found a stunning veil too and belt to match, overall each piece blended so well it looked as though it was meant to be together. First step in planning my wedding and I cannot wait to wear my beautiful dress down the aisle. David's Bridal was very accommodating to my larger group, everyone was very friendly, the selection is great and not to mention budget friendly! Would recommend to any brides looking for a stunning dress.

This was such a horrible experience- save your money. Their customer service was HORRIBLE! When I first found the dress I wanted they didn’t have my size and the soonest they could get it would be 1 month later (too late for the event). Looked online while at the store and saw if I ordered it online it would be there within 10 days and was $50 cheaper. I told the employee helping me that and magically they could do the same thing for me. She did not take my measurements and told me by the extra material she knew what size to order, even though I questioned if it should be another size. She said no, she knew the size I needed and placed the order. I went back to get the dress and it was too small. The alterations lady was trying to figure out how we could take the dress out but said I might need to find matching fabric from Joanne’s for them to add it on. Asked why I couldn’t just have the first dress I tried that was too big and they could alter that instead. Luckily we were able to do that and she pinned it up for the alterations. Then she told me there would be a rush alteration fee of $60 to get the dress done in time (remember this was the same exact dress I tried on 2 weeks prior-if the sales rep would have thought about it, no rush would have been needed!) Thankfully the alterations employee waived the rush fee but to have the size 12 dress altered enough to fit me it was $140 more than the $300 I already paid for the dress. If the first sales rep would have taken my measurements and ordered the right size, even after my suggestion, I most likely wouldn’t have even needed alterations. When I went back and picked up my dress I asked to talk to the manager to let her know about the unfortunate experience from beginning to end and the extra money I was charged because of it. The manager, Alex, looked at me expressionless and said ‘okay’ and asked who helped me. I told her I didn’t know the name but it would be in her system. She just stared at me and asked what I wanted her to do about it. So I told her I would be going above her as this was a horrible experience and I ended up having to pay extra for it. Her response was ‘I’ll give you the number to contact for that’ and handed me a card. I was so surprised- not even a ‘I’m sorry’ ‘we will work on training our sales reps on that’ nothing. I don’t think I have ever experienced such poor customer service from any business and would have never expected it from a dress shop I spent so much money at. Find ANY other dress shop you can to save yourself from this mess, it’s not worth it.

Good afternoon! My daughter, a bridesmaid for a July 1 wedding, will be coming to Spokane from Canada, on Wednesday this week and staying through Saturday. Do you have dress F19439M in a size 2 or 4 that she could come in and try on?

I would call and ask them. I called and made an appointment, giving them the bride's name. You can also go online to make your appointment. That way they know what style of dress to have ready and have notes from the bride. They are pretty helpful over the phone and in-store.

I bought a dress Tuesday at the store and when I took it out of the bag I noticed the security tag was on the bottom of the dress. Do I need to bring it back to the store or can I take it to a store where someone else could remove it?

I would advise taking it back to the store with the receipt to ensure no damage to the dress.
