Seemed like it was reheated, leftover BBQ, not fresh for sure. The brisket was clearly reheated on a griddle, could see the marks from it on one side, super dry and chewy. Hope it was just an off day. Service is excellent service though! Zack took great care of us, love the building as well. Too bad, the Lion was a go-to spot, years ago.

What a beautiful restaurant !! Sadly you Would have never known from the outside - It is in a kinda run down area but WoW !! It is so clean !! The Cook - Robert and prep cook Tasha making some of the Best B.B.Q. in all of Spokane and Spokane Valley!! I have taken a few people here - never have disappointed my guest or myself yet !! I tell everyone to check out the yummy !!!

Loved the fry bread and pasta side dishes. The meats were great. I thought the ribs had a little more hype than the flavor had, but I have had really juicy meats. Speaking of meats the steak is cooked well done and I eat red meat bloody. The brisket was fantastic as was the burnt ends and chicken. Next time I will try the sausage. So glad I found a Groupon for this place, so we could have tasty food that lasted for days.
