I am out of town and a couple days past the grace period and no one will answer when I call. Will they let me get my stuff out still?

Yes. As long as you have Your Ticket. They just charge you the extra Interest.

Yes make sure and select the proper number when your prompted too. And I'm sure someone will answer and help you. They have done it for me several times when I have had trouble getting in to pay my loan off or the interest.
