My paperwork for food stamps was not done on time. since 12/12 your phones aren't answered. Even the call back rings and I'm then put back on hold. Does this mean I won't get them back?

You will not get them back until you talk with them. It would be a lot easier to just go to the office and see someone in person

Best way is to go to the office. Takes time but helps a lot more in the end. Hope this helps.

They hardly ever answer a phone....your best bet is to go there directly. ...where you will actually talk to somebody and they can probably get you back on them right then a day there as long as you hae the paperwork they required in the first place. Good luck!
