Atlantic is the best! Seth, Chris and especially Ryan, are pros with 3 unique styles. My wife and I are very particular about what goes on us and who does the work. Ryan is "our tattoo guy". 🙂 They do quality work and take all the cleaning and health precautions seriously. I have yet to see any sub-par work come out of there. Go check 'em out!
