Well let's get real... It's like this because of management and team players. Getting things done the right way
Albany store is kept up pretty well, but out of experience and observations, new stores have better upkeep for a while because people take pride in their work area. After a while they kind of stop caring as much. Now this is not all places, just something I have observed as a worker and shopper. Side note, management also has a part in that as well.
Less shoppers? More emoyees?
Just a well run store.
