We are so pleased with the experience we had with J&M Homes. Even with the extended wait and uncertainty of product availability due to COVID, J&M came through with everything we asked for. A big thank you to Dan Shaeffer, Sadie Shaw, Marty Brown, and all the others who worked behind the scenes on our new home. They were very up front with the costs and upgrades. After the home was delivered, if there was something that we weren't pleased with or any damage during the delivery, J&M took care of it very quickly without any haggling. We highly recommend buying your new manufactured home from J&M! And by the way, the home is even more lovely than we expected!

We arrived at the time they posted on the gate that they would be open but the gate was still locked. No one was around to let us in to see homes. We called the after hours phone but no one answered.

"If you have to ask, it's too expensive" were the words that came out the Asian guy's mouth. I guess you aren't allowed to ask any questions here. I had to bite my tongue with this guy. We legitimately were here to look at purchasing 2 models. After that, we weren't interested in anything from these people.

They told us they work with people buying to put on land as well as others.
Our prices change and I woulld be happy to tell you the prices on any of our homes.
