Was gifted a watch for Christmas when I went to have it sized they were unable to do it! They either didn’t have the right tools or didn’t know how even though when my wife bought the watch they said “ we can size it.. no problem “. After the girl wrench on it for a few minutes to attempt to get the pins out, the store manager ( Megan) came over and basically dismissed me.. gave me her card and told me to go to Sid Stevens to have it sized. So we took it to Sid Stevens ( btw they have never heard of Megan) but the gentleman was very gracious and sized the watch for a small fee... Will NEVER do business with Harry Ritchie’s again... But would likely do business with Sid Stevens!!!!

This is an amazing jewelry store. Great service. Very friendly staff. Beautiful jewelry at decent prices. This is where I bought an engagement ring for proposing to my special lady. Success, she said, "Yes!"

Normally I would have given them a 5 star. But I took rings in to be repaired one ring I got back within a week. My mother's wedding set however I didn't get back for almost a month. When I was promised it back within 2 weeks. Very bad business in my opinion. The staff though was very friendly. But the place they use to repair jewelry is not so great.

The staff were very, very helpful there and willing to help me look for what I needed within my price range! They got out and price-checked as many pieces of jewelry as I wanted to look at, and we're very kind the whole time! Plus, when I finally did decide the jewelry wasn't overly expensive. Overall, very good experience.
