Do they make or do they buy it all made? I am talking about the delicious choc. cake with two layers of cake and two layers of mousse and a thin topping of some kind.

Ohhh - I'm at least 98% positive that it is purchased thru a commercial food vendor such as Sysco, but not as good as Sysco. The desserts are like most Chinese-Asian buffets. The best desserts are @ the Grand Buffet in Essex Junction, VT. They do not have the staff to make their desserts fresh. These here are Not worth the calories, just eat more real food.
