I understand it was a health code issue having self serve ice cream. Business is business and the state muddled things up.

Ive been here twice and not seen any ice cream either time
I'm pretty sure that the ice cream is still there. Maybe they just moved the freezer to a different spot the last you were there or maybe they were just having a problem that particular evening. I was there just a short time ago and they still had the ice cream. Good luck!
